This office and staff are amazing! I was scheduled for a hearing exam with Dr. Rouse and he, along with the schedule coordinator Melissa, were amazingly informative and patient. Both Melissa and Dr. Rouse took the extra time to explain the process and the reasoning behind each task. Dr. Rouse then answered all questions pertaining to hearing and helped me through the testing. I cannot recommend this place and doctor enough. Be sure to request Dr. Rouse and rest assured you are in good hands. They care and it matters to them.

We were very pleased with the San Francisco Hearing Center! The staff was very nice and our son's audiologist Dr. Rixon Rouse was extraordinary. Our teen son has special needs in addition to our unique medical circumstances and Dr Rouse was considerate, patient and had a great demeanor. A very nice man and I would highly recommend seeing him to anyone needing an appointment at the San Francisco Hearing Center. A welcoming and friendly experience overall!

I'm so glad I found San Francisco Hearing Center. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Rixon Rouse. He tested my ears very thoroughly and the hearing aids he programmed for me are working fantastically. He is a very caring, friendly doctor to work with. He is also easily accessible for follow up questions and concerns. Dr. Rouse clearly loves his work and does his utmost best to insure your hearing is improved as much as possible.

After being Annie Ha's patient (she is no longer in the office) I saw Rison Rouse. What a difference! He is very attentive, ran several tests, explained everything, advised me what can and what cannot be done for me. I will be happy to see him again.

Dr. Rouse provided a thorough evaluation of my parent's hearing, and an interim and permanent solution (including fixing hardware on the current hearing aid). In addition to providing comprehensive examination and treatment, Dr. Rouse is an excellent communicator and genuinely cares for his patient, striving for the best possible outcome. We highly recommend him.

I had pretty bad tinnitus when I bought the Lenire device from the San Francisco Hearing Center. My symptoms improved by 80% - tinnitus is barely noticeable now and much more manageable. I saw Rixon Rouse who was friendly and professional.

San Francisco Hearing Center was such a great experience. I needed hearing aids and the staff and Doctors treated me so good. Answered all my questions, informed me on the process and quickly provided me with the hearing aids the worked best for my situation. I have been going to San Francisco Hearing for some 10 years, and I highly recommend it. Alice Leung and the entire staff are always very professional and personable. The appointments are right on time (love that) no waiting, and the complicated process of fitting and explaining the maintenance of the hearing aids is great.

Jonah Nishimura is professional and has helped both my Grandmother and Aunt on numerous occasions with their hearing devices. He is patient and listens well. He is fantastic at his job and I would recommend him strongly.

I am delighted to recommend San Francisco Hearing Center. The experience was professional and the diagnosis made easy to understand. I will certainly be returning to their care in the future. On a side note, there is available parking for their patients in front of the office.

Dr. Annie Ha, Au D. was AMAZING!! I'm from Santa Cruz and went to visit Dr. Annie Ha, after experiencing issues with other hearing specialist. Dr. Annie was attentive, patient, and delivered amazing service that changed my view of hearing aids completely. Dr. Annie corrected issues with a product/settings that another business sold me, and gave me clarity. Im not the person to normally write a review but, I was truthfully impacted by her professionalism and desire to allow me to have the best hearing possibly despite another company gaining from my purchase. Cant say enough, great place with professional staff.

My experience with the staff was pleasant and professional. They were very informative and explained in detail the process of the HINT test.
