San Francisco Hearing Center is the best. I am so please that I was referred to this company years ago. Jonah Nishihira has always been available to answer any question I may have had. Also, it was always easy to make an appointment for my semi-annual visits. I highly recommend San Francisco Hearing Center.

The staff and Doc are very positive. It was a very quick inefficient experience and now I can hear my friends at the restaurant and the judge will no longer scout me when I ask him to repeat himself. Has most importantly, all major brands so this is not a place that’s gonna push one brand over the other because They get more money for it or they’re mainly that brand. That’s a problem and a lot of other places.

Dr. Alice Leung is top notch: professional, knowledgeable, patient, and amazingly thorough. Staff is efficient and friendly. Highly recommend organization for hearing aids.

Knowledgeable, professional and recommended product was spot on for my hearing loss in one ear. I had originally went to Costco, where I had purchased hearing aids in the past, but they indicated they don't carry the ones I would need for my one ear hearing loss. Dr. Leung tested me again and came up with a solution to aid my hearing, and it is currently working as advertised.

The hearing testing is by thorough and the results informative and useful. The personnel are warm and friendly. They want you to wear your hearing aids and will make the adjustments necessary to make that happen. I recommend this place unequivocally.

This office and staff are amazing! I was scheduled for a hearing exam with Dr. Rouse and he, along with the schedule coordinator Melissa, were amazingly informative and patient. Both Melissa and Dr. Rouse took the extra time to explain the process and the reasoning behind each task. Dr. Rouse then answered all questions pertaining to hearing and helped me through the testing. I cannot recommend this place and doctor enough. Be sure to request Dr. Rouse and rest assured you are in good hands. They care and it matters to them.

We were very pleased with the San Francisco Hearing Center! The staff was very nice and our son's audiologist Dr. Rixon Rouse was extraordinary. Our teen son has special needs in addition to our unique medical circumstances and Dr Rouse was considerate, patient and had a great demeanor. I'm so glad I found San Francisco Hearing Center. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Rixon Rouse. He tested my ears very thoroughly and the hearing aids he programmed for me are working fantastically. He is a very caring, friendly doctor to work with. He is also easily accessible for follow up questions and concerns. Dr. Rouse clearly loves his work and does his utmost best to insure your hearing is improved as much as possible.

After being Annie Ha's patient (she is no longer in the office) I saw Rison Rouse. What a difference! He is very attentive, ran several tests, explained everything, advised me what can and what cannot be done for me. I will be happy to see him again.

Dr. Rouse provided a thorough evaluation of my parent's hearing, and an interim and permanent solution (including fixing hardware on the current hearing aid). In addition to providing comprehensive examination and treatment, Dr. Rouse is an excellent communicator and genuinely cares for his patient, striving for the best possible outcome. We highly recommend him.

I had pretty bad tinnitus when I bought the Lenire device from the San Francisco Hearing Center. My symptoms improved by 80% - tinnitus is barely noticeable now and much more manageable. I saw Rixon Rouse who was friendly and professional.
