Dr. Rouse provided a thorough evaluation of my parent's hearing, and an interim and permanent solution (including fixing hardware on the current hearing aid). In addition to providing comprehensive examination and treatment, Dr. Rouse is an excellent communicator and genuinely cares for his patient, striving for the best possible outcome. We highly recommend him.

I had pretty bad tinnitus when I bought the Lenire device from the San Francisco Hearing Center. My symptoms improved by 80% - tinnitus is barely noticeable now and much more manageable. I saw Rixon Rouse who was friendly and professional.

The appointments are right on time (love that) no waiting, and the complicated process of fitting and explaining the maintenance of the hearing aids is great.

He was very thoughtful and balanced with his recommendation, having taken into consideration all of my feedback and results. Jonah Nishimura is professional and has helped both my Grandmother and Aunt on numerous occasions with their hearing devices. He is patient and listens well. He is fantastic at his job and I would recommend him strongly.

I am delighted to recommend San Francisco Hearing Center. The experience was professional and the diagnosis made easy to understand. I will certainly be returning to their care in the future. On a side note, there is available parking for their patients in front of the office.

Dr. Annie Ha, Au D. was AMAZING!! I'm from Santa Cruz and went to visit Dr. Annie Ha, after experiencing issues with other hearing specialist. Dr. Annie was attentive, patient, and delivered amazing service that changed my view of hearing aids completely. Dr. Annie corrected issues with a product/settings that another business sold me, and gave me clarity. Im not the person to normally write a review but, I was truthfully impacted by her professionalism and desire to allow me to have the best hearing possibly despite another company gaining from my purchase. Cant say enough, great place with professional staff.

My experience with the staff was pleasant and professional. They were very informative and explained in detail the process of the HINT test.

The staff was just amazing and so kind. Very helpful.

First appointment scheduling was quick with attentive front office staff, parking was super easy in the shared lot, and more importantly Dr. Leung put me at ease and was very professional and thorough. The testing and especially her explanation of how high frequency sound hearing loss impacts not "hearing" ( you are are hearing the words), but instead how the brain understands words absent the higher frequencies in conversation was very very enlightening. Highly recommended.

It was a pleasure working with Jonah. He was very knowledgeable about the Starkey. Jonah was also very patient in explaining the tech features of the product. San Francisco Hearing Center in all provided a very professional and comfortable experience.
