Audiologist Alice Leung is super knowledgeable about the best aids for each client. With her years of training and experience , she helped me to get the best from my aids. Nice people working the front desk too.

Dr. Leung is simply the best. I’ve been in need of hearing service for the last twenty years of my life and only in the last 3-1/2 years have I actually gotten the level of help and expertise that I expected eons ago. I have been with four different hearing service companies and only now had the quality of test, disclosure of product performance, fit and adjustment been properly accorded. Add to that the friendly and courteous service and I can’t help but highly recommend Dr. Leung and her associates! You don’t need to look elsewhere, the answer is already here….

After my appointment with Mr. Jonah Nishihira, I was very pleased with the experience. Because I was having a problem managing my hearing aids, my eye glasses and Covid protection mask, Mr. Nishihira patiently and methodically walked me through the steps in a Senior-friendly way. Sensitive to my condition as a recovering stroke survivor , he gave me promising sound advice to motivate me to wear the hearing aids that may help in my stroke recovery. I visited the San Francisco Hearing Center twice. Dr. Rouse gave me a hearing test both times. He was friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. He explained the tests in detail and asked if I had further questions about what he'd just told me. He never rushed me or the examination process. The San Francisco Hearing Center is conveniently located close to two major Muni bus lines. Since I do not drive, I cannot comment on the parking situation, which I understand is valet only.

I am a senior citizen with special needs and disabilities. The service that I have received is outstanding, the kindness, the professional mannerism, the flexibility, and the understanding of my particular special needs have made this a facility that I am so grateful to have the opportunity of using. Everyone’s so nice, the waiting room’s pleasant, and I’ve never had to wait long. Dr. Rouse tested my ears, showed me the comparison of past and present on his monitor. ( Almost the same!) He checked my ears, tuned my hearing aids after consulting me about what I’d like improved. They’re very good, I’m so pleased. Dr. Rouse is very thorough, caring, and knows his stuff.

You can save a few dollars buying hearing aids at Costco or online, but if you want peace of mind, try the San Francisco Hearing Center. This is a well run office with helpful, friendly and competent people. The few times I've had a problem, like a dead battery, they always found time to squeeze me in.

Love this place for my audiology needs! Jonah is my provider and he is very responsive, professional and really nice. I used to go to Kaiser and SF Hearing Center is a million times better.
